By downloading, installing, or using the Ayrago application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid legal guardian consent) to create an account and book rides.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and OTP verifications. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Service Scope: Ayrago connects users with independent third-party drivers offering transportation services. We act as an intermediary technology platform and do not directly provide transportation services.
Women-Only Ride Preference: Female passengers may utilize the in-app preference toggle to request matching with verified female driver-partners. Fulfilling this request is subject to the real-time availability of female drivers in your vicinity.
Fares & Payments: Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and dynamic pricing models. You agree to pay all fares incurred through your account using available payment methods (cash, UPI, digital wallet, or online payment).
Cancellations: You may cancel a ride request, but cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has accepted and is en route, or after a specified grace period.
Prohibition of Smoking & Alcohol: Passengers are strictly prohibited from smoking, consuming alcohol, liquor, or using any illegal drugs or controlled substances inside the driver's vehicle at any time during the trip. Carrying open containers of alcohol or illegal substances is also strictly forbidden.
Right to Refuse or Cancel: Drivers reserve the right to refuse pickup or immediately cancel a ride without refund if a passenger is intoxicated, attempts to smoke, or carries prohibited substances.
Violence and Fighting: Passengers are strictly prohibited from engaging in verbal abuse, harassment, threats, or physical altercations with the driver. Any violation will result in an immediate permanent ban from the Ayrago platform and potential legal action.
Safety Guidelines: Passengers must wear seatbelts where applicable and follow local safety laws during transit.
Accident & Altercation Liability: In the event of an unexpected road accident or dispute, passengers must cooperate with local authorities and emergency services. Ayrago acts as a technology intermediary and bears no direct liability for third-party incidents, accidents, or criminal behavior during a ride.
Belongings: Please check your belongings before leaving the vehicle. Ayrago and its drivers are not responsible for items left behind.
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
